How does per-room pricing work?

You pay a base monthly fee plus a per-room charge based on the total number of rooms across all your properties. For example, a 50-room hotel on Essential pays $99 base + (50 × $2) = $199/month.

What happens if I exceed my room count?

You can add rooms at any time. Your billing adjusts automatically based on the total room count at the start of each billing cycle.

Can I add individual modules without upgrading tiers?

Yes! Every module is available as an individual add-on. If your add-on costs exceed the price difference to the next tier, we'll recommend upgrading — it's usually cheaper.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — we offer a 14-day free trial on the Essential tier with full access to all included features. No credit card required to start.

Do you offer PKR billing?

Absolutely. All plans are available in both USD and PKR. Pakistan-based hotels can pay in PKR via bank transfer or local payment methods.

What's included in the annual discount?

Annual billing gives you 20% off both the base price and per-room charges. You pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate.

Is my data safe if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade, modules you no longer have access to are simply hidden — all data is preserved and immediately available if you upgrade again.

What about FBR tax compliance?

FBR tax compliance is included in every tier — Essential, Professional, and Enterprise. Province-based tax templates for all 7 provinces of Pakistan come pre-configured.
