2. Shipping Policy

We do not ship physical products. Because all services are digital, shipping carriers, tracking IDs, and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

3. Service Activation and Delivery Timeline

  • Standard account activation is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Enterprise or custom onboarding may require additional setup and is delivered as per agreed implementation scope.
  • Access credentials and onboarding instructions are sent to the registered customer email.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide high service availability with planned maintenance windows when needed. If activation is delayed due to technical or compliance checks, our support team will notify you by email or phone.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and billing information.
  • Maintain secure login credentials for your subscription.
  • Complete any required onboarding information for successful service provisioning.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery Support

If you do not receive access within the expected timeframe, contact us with your payment reference. We will verify payment and provision access as soon as possible.
