This policy applies to paid subscriptions and module add-ons sold for the following platforms:

2. Digital Service Nature
Our products are delivered digitally as software subscriptions. No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided to your account after successful payment and service activation.
3. Refund Eligibility
- New subscriptions are eligible for a refund request within 14 calendar days of the initial payment date.
- Renewals, partial-month usage, and consumed service periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Annual plans approved for refund are processed on a prorated basis after deducting used service value and non-refundable payment gateway charges.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after active usage beyond trial/refund window.
- Violations of Terms and Conditions or abuse of the service.
- Custom implementation, setup, migration, or consulting charges.
- Third-party service fees already incurred on your behalf.
5. How to Request a Refund
Submit your request from the registered account email to work@codexmark.com with:
- Account email and business name
- Invoice/payment reference number
- Reason for refund request
We review requests within 3-7 business days and share a written decision by email.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Settlement usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
